Situated in a character colonial villa on the banks of the Maitai River, the Villa Apartment has been completely refurbished in keeping with it's old world charm. It features a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and laundry and has river views from the separate lounge with kitchenette. The apartment has it's own private entrance and off street parking. All this within 5 minutes walk from the centre of Nelson City.
The apartment can sleep four with one Super King sized bed and one single bed which can be split in two. It also has a TV and DVD / Stereo, wireless Internet access, telephone, fridge, electric wok and fry-pan. A washing machine is included in the bathroom.
